On the first floor of the hotel there are 9 en suite rooms with their own terrace and in the second floor there are 5 en suite rooms also with their own terrace. The 14 rooms en suite are exterior and have a rustic style. On the same plot there are two good quality wooden houses, each of the houses has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (a toilet and a comlete bathroom). Each casita has a small private plot with a porch and terrace. In addition, together with the hotel, a 2-storey private house is sold. On the ground floor there are two independent apartments. An apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The second apartment located on the same floor has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. On the second floor there is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and private patio. Currently this building is used as a private area, but it is possible to allocate a part to the use of the hotel.
